Razer synapse 3 64 bit download4/18/2024 ![]() Okay, seems like Razer updated Synapse earlier that day and many seem to have problems with it. We have escalated your issue to a specialist who will personally handle your case and get back to you shortly. The support first of all asked me for certain log files (these from Synapse that I mentioned earlier also), I hope they have a solution for me that I can present you. Of course I already contacted the Razer support, but this here is meant for people on the internet with the same problem, because I found many people of my kind with this problem and no solution. But repairing all of my Visual C++ versions (also completly uninstalling and reinstalling them) didn't help. dll error in the RazerConfigNative.dll which prints error=193, which seems to be an Visual C++ runtime error, for a 32-bit library on a 64-bit system. 18:00:18,474 DEBUG .CommonConfigLoader - StartConfig::Failed to load the common configurator, path=C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse\Devices\RazerConfigNative.dll, vers=2.46.1.0 18:00:18,474 DEBUG .CommonConfigNativeOps - lodDLL failed, path=C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse\Devices\RazerConfigNative.dll, error=193 18:00:18,455 DEBUG .CommonConfigNativeOps - loadDLL from C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse\Devices\RazerConfigNative.dll ![]() 18:00:18,455 DEBUG .SynapseApp - Config not yet installed In my log file (which is in C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse\Logs) appears an error everytime I try to open up the UI. So, just a heads up, after further research I found out where the problem lays in. We recommend seeking help for your computer to either have the operating system repaired or re-installed to resolve the errors within your MSinfo and also resolve the issues you are experiencing. We have gone back through the MSinfo file you have provided and it appears that there are errors relating to your operating system and its core utilities which could be why the Razer Synapse 2.0 software is not functioning and running properly. P.S.: Big thanks to /u/Burnout54 for posting a solution to many of you! Good to have someone also researching the problem and helping people! :) My problem still remains, but I'll keep you updated when the support answers me again and we maybe find a solution.
